The Grow It, Eat It pages are for giving and receiving kitchen tips on how to get the most out of your garden produce. Or, indeed, from produce that you either buy or find.

I'm a big believer in using the crops that would otherwise go to waste. So you'll find recipes here that were inspired by a Medlar tree left to shed it's fruit, and for chestnuts left out in recycling bags.
